What delivery options are available

For delivery anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland and the islands, we offer both Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked), delivered in 2 - 3 working days from dispatch for £3.95 and Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery or DPD Courier), guaranteed next day delivery for same day dispatch for £6.95.

To guarantee UK Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 2pm. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Standard Delivery is free for orders of £25 or more.

Do you deliver outside of the UK

Yes. We offer European Delivery for the following countries, R.O.Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. European Delivery (DPD Courier) to these countries is delivered within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch for £9.95.
Rest of the World Delivery is available by Royal Mail Airsure Standard Delivery (Not Tracked) for £15.

Can I cancel my order

We cannot guarantee but will do our very best to accommodate order cancellations. If you do need to make a cancellation, please let us know as quickly as possible on support@. Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. As soon as we receive your request to cancel, we will check the status of your order and let you know what we can do for you.

Can I make a change to my personalisation

Whether you've misspelt, forgotten an important bit of punctuation or simply changed your mind. We cannot guarantee but will do out very best to accommodate any personalisation changes, please let us know as quickly as possible on support@. Orders that have been personalised cannot be changed once they have entered the production process. As soon as we receive your request for change, we will check the status of your order and let you know what we can do for you.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been confirmed

Have you ordered in a hurry, selected the wrong delivery address or need to change it. We cannot guarantee but will do our best to accommodate any changes to your delivery address. If you do need to make a change, please let us know via support@personalily.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't left us we can change the address for you no problem.

Can I return my gifts
